To meet the needs of our students, Professional Programs are offered at both of UMBC’s campuses. Our main campus is located in Catonsville, MD just minutes away from downtown Baltimore. UMBC at the Universities at Shady Grove is located in Rockville, MD.
Main Campus
UMBC main campus is conveniently located between Baltimore and Washington, DC, just five minutes away from Baltimore-Washington International Airport, and with bus service to downtown Baltimore. AMTRAK and MARC commuter trains serve the nearby BWI Rail Station.
Shady Grove
UMBC is one of nine institutions represented at The Universities at Shady Grove, close to many government agencies, contractors and major healthcare organizations in Rockville, MD. UMBC-Shady Grove offers both undergraduate programs and graduate programs
